One of the biggest shifts in my evolutionary journey, is to have changed the perception about “positive” and “negative” emotions. A few years ago I used to use the language of “letting go of negative emotions.” It meant, however, judging a feeling, which energetically traps it instead of releasing it. The approach itself creates the motivation to get rid of certain feelings, while providing nourishment to the pursuit of the feelings we deem as positive.
The most common emotions we call negative are shame, guilt, sadness, anger, hatred and fear. As I said, if we treat those as negative, then we trap them and that creates separation in the mind and lack in the physical dimension.
How would you experience life:
- If you wouldn’t judge a feeling as negative or positive?
- If you were not looking to feel more of an emotion, which you do not feel naturally in the moment?
All emotions are a part of our infinite being. Every time we separate ourselves from an emotion, then we separate ourselves from source. I see emotions as a feedback mechanism. They make it clear if we are living life in harmony with our unique blueprint – or not. When we don’t judge the life experience as good or bad, then we are free to choose again, do something different and experience the vibration and the manifestation of it.
This perceptual shift has been part of my process to embody the sixth dimension. When we embody another dimension, then we see life with new eyes. It has changed how I look at transformation.
Many alternative treatments offered today, come from the perception of the existence of negative and positive emotions. That level of consciousness is separating instead of creating more wholeness. Everything has its place and so does the fifth dimensional consciousness. You can recognize this, when you have outgrown it. The physical life continues to demonstrate lack even though you work hard on releasing “negative emotions”. The focus on releasing the reactions of living NOT Self creates frustration.
The path to embody sixth dimensional consciousness is to live life aligned with our unique blueprint. Then we get access to more of our creative powers, which also increases our healing power – for ourselves and those who choose us as a catalyst for their transformation process.
To the power of wholeness!
